iBrushy – Shipping & Returns Policy

We’re excited to offer you our innovative dry brushing tool, designed to improve skin texture and stimulate circulation.
To ensure the best shopping experience, please read our shipping and return policy carefully.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
With priority shipping, processing happens in less than 24h.

Shipping Times

  • Italy & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 6–11 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and possible customs delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
If changes are not possible, a $15 fee per item will be charged.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible at info@ibrushy.com to find the best solution.
No address changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Returns for Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to failed delivery and the customer did not check tracking or was unavailable to receive it, a €$15 reship fee per item will be charged to organize a new shipment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information and monitor the tracking to ensure they are present at the time of delivery.
We do not issue refunds for delivery issues not caused by iBrushy.

Return Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your brush.
But if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is due to an error by iBrushy.

Please note: delivery delays that fall within our stated shipping windows do not qualify as a valid reason for return.
